I'm using CRM Online 2015. Yesterday, I attempted to load 128 records to CRM using a .csv file (one column). Today, it is still parsing. Two questions:
Can I delete the import without impacting the system?
Why would this import take so long?
I'm a novice to CRM and don't know how to research these things other than asking on the forum.
