CRM 2013-SharePoint 2013 Integration Base Entity Use

I have a custom entity to which I want to add SharePoint document management.  The SharePoint integration is currently set up using the account entity as the base entity.  This custom entity has an account field as well as two contact fields.  When a document is added to this custom entity, CRM places it in a folder under the account entity in CRM.  Is there a way to prevent this for this single entity and place it in a separate SharePoint document library for this single custom entity rather than in the account?

If it matters, the relationship between the custom entity and the account and contact entities is N:1.
