Multiple email domains

Hello,

My company currently has CRM 2015 Online. We are using multiple email domains i.e. test@abc.com as our company email addresses and test@abc.onmicrosoft.com for the CRM authentication. Will this create any compatibility issue with the Outlook plugin of the CRM?
