I am hoping someone out there can help shed some light on a particular issue some of our users are experiencing? On occasion some of our users are unable to track and or set regarding with emails within Dynamics CRM online. We have checked security settings with CRM, personal settings with CRM and Outlook. Not all users have this issue. I enabled tracing with Outlook and this is what I am seeing, not sure how helpful this is. If anyone can provide some guidance, it would much appreciated.
