Hi, I would like a workflow to simply get the value of one optionset and set this to another optionset (both optionsets have the same values and labels). They are both on the contact form. I see that you cannot do this with workflows. I tried and made a plug-in that does so, but unfortunately CRM plug-ins are set to time-out after 2 minutes.
I know that this requires custom workflows, if you could provide me guidelines or online resources that would be appreciated.
