My organization Business Unit Structure looks like this:

I need Users to be able to read all Opportunities across all BU’s, HOWEVER, I also need to create Team (BU?) views (Based on BU’s, included in the BU Hierarchy) where they only see a list of Opportunities within their BU’s and the BU children. In other words, I am looking for a dynamic way to have a view based on their BU and Children BU’s, while keeping the ability to create other views where they can see the entire list of Opportunities, regardless of the BU.
For Example:
Someone assigned to the East has access to a View showing only East, LOB1, LOB2, LOB3 Opportunities
AND
The same individual has another View where the entire list of Opportunities are shown.
