Hi,
I have configured one mailbox in email router for outgoing emails. Emails are going out from crm successfully, but some of the emails which fails for the delivery accumulates in mailbox thus increases the size of the mailbox.
The count of such emails is very hing and these emails needs to be deleted on weekly basis.
I have two email router configured for the same mailbox. Is this the reason which is causing multiple email activities to go out of CRM. and some are getting failed.
Is anyone has faced such kind of issue.
