Bringing Invoice and Order details to custom entity using workflow

Hi,

I have a requirement to bring Invoice,Quote related records using workflow. My requirements is when Invoice is paid AND Order is fulfilled, I need to bring some invoice and order entity details to my custom entity. How can achieve that?

Please help
