CRM 2013 form layout

Hi,

We are currently using CRM 2011 customised to fit our needs. I’m about to migrate to CRM 2013 so I did the migration on my test server.

On the forms the fields are not clearly visible only shows --.  You won’t know if it is drop down or just fill until you clicked on it. I attach both forms from CRM 2011 and 2013.

Is there a way I can change the layout? To look more like the 2011 form?
