How to build the appointments view filtered by "SVP Credit" look-up (User entity) related with Team?
In appointment form we have field "SVP Credit", "RVP Credit", "Lead Gen Credit" (look-ups to User entity).
As I know, CRM allows to filter by Owning team. But in our case Appointment may not be owned by member of team.
We need the appointment view "West team appointments", where one of these fields ("SVP Credit", "RVP Credit", "Lead Gen Credit" ) has a member of West Team.
How to build such view?

Error while import Solution in crm 2013
Hi guys,
i am facing problem while importing solution in production environment,The process runs to about 30%, stops and then rolls back. but its successfully import in test environment.
development version -- 6.1.4.145(DB 6.1.4.192)
production version -- 6.1.4.192(DB 6.1.4.145)
test version -- 6.1.4.192(DB 6.1.4.192)
Note: Database version is should be same while importing the solution ?

Quote Template, Display Default Unit Name in Word Template
Hi, I am building a quote template in word using the XML mappings. However, I am struggling to find the field that will populate the Default Unit Name from the product price list into the exported template. For example I have product A which is quoted by hour (default unit) and the quantity and the total displaying, however, I have a column on the quote that should display the default unit which will read "hour." What am I missing? Thank you!

Data Migration from CRM 2016 On premise to dynamics 365 online

I'm working on data migration from crm 2016 on premise to online 365 vanilla org.
I was using Kingswaysoft adapter tool in SSIS for data migration can someone help me how do I migrate lookups from on premise to online . If I want to migrate out of box entities staging table is mandatory to create ? for example if I want to Migrate Accounts and its related contacts in this case to map lookups? do I need to create staging table for this.

Add calculated subtotal to a quote form, and apply a discount to the subtotal
Hi-
On the quote form, I would like to add a calculated field that contains the sum of the price of the products listed. This will be used as the subtotal of the quoted line items (not to be confused with the total amount). From there I want to add a manual discount field, which will be applied to the subtotal then the sum, will populate the total amount field. Any ideas? Thank you!

Workflows are canceled after copy an environment
Hi!
I recently in one of my environments I did copied from another one to have all the functionality like the same, after it was done, all background services weren't running and leave me with a huge headache.
I solved that by disabling administration mode, so after that I could get all workflows running. Now, I have a problem, the workflows that are triggered (automatic process), have the canceled status, they are running, but every WF ends with a Canceled status, can somebody tell me what I can do in this situation? How can I get back workflows to run as Complete?

Dynamics CRM Deployment Manager Shows Incorrect Servers
Hello all,
Recently, we migrated our Dynamics databases to a new SQL 2016 cluster. It seems the migration was successful and we changed (I believe) all necessary registry keys. Our CRM deployment is functioning normally.
However, when I launch Deployment Manager, the servers that are listed for our organization are incorrect.
I believe we are having a similar issue as this post:
The nodes from our old cluster are showing up here, as are the nodes to our new cluster. The old cluster name shows up here as well, as the SQL Server role, but the new cluster name doesn't. The organization has been edited to point to the new cluster. (We disabled the org, right click, edit . . .etc. Wizard finishes normally.)
Any ideas on where it's still pulling this data from and how we can get it to change?
I even uninstalled the SRS software off one of the old SQL nodes, and it still shows up.

Don't allow read-only lookup field to open the detail form
Hi all,
There is a read-only lookup field in form which reference to accont entity, once i click the lookup field it will open the detail form of account entity.
But i don't want the login user to read the details of account entity.
How can i forbidden to open the detail form,when click the lookup field.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

Automatically changing date format
Hello,
I made new html table in wich I display date(and some other things). right now my date format is hardcoded (dd.mm.yyyy)
Problem is when user changes his date format in settings whole CRM date will show in his format only in my table there will be my old hardcoded format.
Is there any way to change that?

CRM Email Router on-premise stuck at "STOPPING" status
Hello,
(We have CRM On-Premise 2011)
Recently, I tried restarting MSCRMEmail Service but it always stuck to "STOPPING" status.
The stop and start buttons became disabled that time that is why I waited more. But no luck.
As a resolution, I force stop this service using the taskkill and start the service again.
I would just like to ask if any of you encountered this same issue and what could be the possible problem? and the resolution maybe?

Import attendee fields to Word document template?
I'm building a document template for Meeting entity, ref. https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/Dynamics/crm-customer-center/using-word-templates-in-dynamics-365.aspx .
How do I import the Required attendees or Optional attendees field to the template? The "repeating" gimmick works great for related entities, as described in the instructions linked above, but I don't understand what the related entity for attendees should be. Including the (presumably) default field "requiredattendees" or "optionalattendees" prints null in when the template is called.
