Coming up with this error when opening an Account record. The main thing I "believe" I did was to modify one of the fields to pull "Leads" from the Parent Account. It might be something else.

I configured the OOB enhanced SLA in 1 custom entity.
My objective is to run four sla on 1 entity.
SLA 1
10 Sla Items
SLA 2
5 Sla Items
SLA 3
5 Sla Items
SLA 4
5 Sla items.
Is it possible to use 4 sla in 1 single custom entity without defaulting an SLA?
Currently the Problem is, if I do not select or set a default SLA the SLA does not work.
If there is a default it works well but not for the other SLAs that is not default.
My SLAs has entitlements and service schedule.

Within Accounts (Within the Form View), I deleted the recent opportunities and opportunities sections. Adding a new section is easy. I just can't find where I re-add opportunities. Ideally, I would like to have all active leads for the account that I am working with, within the form.

For some reason I cannot delete a bunch of fields that I brought in during an import a month or two back. I can select Address, City, etc. but the Address 2 fields I cannot delete.

We are in the process to migrating our CRM 2016 8.1 environment to Dynamics 365 On-Premise using the new server installation approach. We have One SQL server and one front End server with Dynamics 365 already installed. Both are server 2016 with SQL 2016 on the SQL box. We plan to migrate using the configuration migration tool which seems to work great so far.
My question is, how do you handle all activities and most importantly email tracking that's already setup in our production 2016 environment.
We plan on keeping the same server URL for Dynamics but was wondering for users who are using the outlook client for email tracking and appointments will tracking be enabled on all existing contacts or emails that has been tracked once all data is migrated over to Dynamics 365.
we currently have two server profiles one exchange online and the other email router. the email router was used before configured server side sync. some mailboxes are on the new exchange online email profile and others are on the old email router profile.
Any tips of details is appreciated.

we have a requirement that we need to add a record to an entity when we add a record to a subgrid using the (+) button.
1. We have a subgrid on opportunity record
2. Plus (+) button on the subgrid adds the contacts to the grid.
Now we want to add another record to a custom entity along with the above record addition to the subgrid.
Is there a a way that we can achieve the above functionality? Please suggest.

I want to insert a table into a Field Service form where each cell would be a unique field. I want it to have 6 columns with multiple rows
I also want a 1 column field at the top and the 6 column section below that.
Currently you can add a 4 column Section to a form but that is the limit.
If you create a 2 column TAB and split each column into 3 columns each, the rows don't align and you can't put a single column section above the 2 split columns.
A sub grid does not allow me to enter data into that form entity and does not give me the layout I'm after
I want it all! I want it now and I want it to be Dynamic like the name suggests:)

I've created a 2nd Sub Area on my navigation menu by duplicating the Contacts Entity and calling it Service Providers.
I've created a Service Providers View that I want to set as the default View when you open the Service Providers module
I want to set the default View in Contacts to be Active Contacts (with Service Providers filtered out)
Problem is that when you change the default View for Service Providers it also changes it for the Contacts module.
Is there a way to independently assign a View to each Sub Area (entity)?

We have CRM 2016 (8.2.10.24) on premise IFD enabled. We have a Custom Action which is getting triggered on a Button click and there in JavaScript we are impersonating the call to Action with Admin user id using the following piece of code -
action.setRequestHeader("MSCRMCallerID", <Guid of Admin>);
We are facing issue when user accesses the application with internal url, the instance of an action is invoked with normal user (logged in) and not the admin user which is being passed through Javascript. The code runs perfectly fine when CRM is accessed via external url.
By enabling the trace logs we found the following -
>FileExists ~/api/data returning False.
>DirectoryExists ~/api/data returning False

Hi All,
We are on premise 2016 CRM.
I wondered if you may assist. I am trying to move a customisation up from UAT into Production. The customisation consists of one custom activity entity.
When importing, I get a duplicate Key error. I understand what the error is telling me.
I have removed all records from my source entity and I still cannot import.
I have exported all records to excel and cannot see a duplicate GUID.
I have trace logs on, but that has not produced any extra error logs.
Can any one recommend what else to try please?

I have two persons with identically email-addresses. In my case "axi@world....at"
If I compose a new e-mail, the address will not be resolved in the to-Field (red color). On the other hand if I create a new appointment (optional-field) it will - yellow exclamation mark.
If only one person with this e-mail-address exists, the e-mail-address will be resolved.
Can anyone tell me the reason why or show me a solution how to fix this?

i have following line

but this returns me optionset
if i write like
caseStage = Convert.ToString(((AliasedValue)LastModifiedClientContact.Entities[0].FormattedValues["caseDetails.incidentstagecode"]).Value);
it gives me error can not convert string to aliased value.
how can i get value of optionset field using aliased value.
not able to use formattedValues as we use usually
