Does anybody have a contact for a person or group within Microsoft's Support group that assists with vendor's / 3rd party solution makers for CRM? I've got a solution that is preventing me from upgrading to 2013. I've opened a ticket with Microsoft previously and that representative's solution was to rip it out via SQL. I was able to upgrade then, but that obviously created some problems when I tried to re-import it (errors all over the place). The developer/solution creator is stumped on the error so I'm hoping there is a MS tech who can help them understand the problem better.
Seems like a similar issue to this. A feature had been deprecated by the developer/solution maker, and now CRM is looking for one line in the database that is gone.
